How we handle your response

Elevyn Group stores the answers you submit for this Guard research pilot in a private database provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare D1. The Site owner can access responses using authorized project tools. There is no public results page or public API for reading responses. This form is not anonymous.

Your adult participation choice and study version are recorded with your response. No birth date or identity document is collected. Optional consented contact details are stored separately from answers, linked by a participant reference. Contact details are not part of the answers used for analysis. We do not add a marketing subscription.

Responses are kept for ongoing product research and validation. No fixed retention period or automatic age-based deletion is currently set for responses or consented contact records. This is not a claim of unlimited rights to retain personal data. You can ask about your information, withdraw follow-up consent, or request deletion by emailing hello@elevyngroup.com with your response reference. Requests are reviewed by Elevyn Group; provider backups and operational logs may follow separate retention.

For abuse prevention, the server derives a daily identifier from your IP address; it does not store the raw IP in questionnaire tables. Short-lived form tokens and rate counters expire within two hours and are removed on later requests. Our form code does not log answers or email addresses. Hosting providers process connection information and may set security cookies. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

No wallet connection, uploads, recording, or new analytics are used. Please do not include sensitive financial information or another person’s contact details.
